Our standard agreements allow you to cancel with a simple 30-day notice. Note: If you do choose to commit to our Annual plan upfront, we reward you with a 10% discount on your management fee!
We never nickel-and-dime our owners. When something breaks, we coordinate the repair using our trusted network of local professionals, and you pay exactly what the vendor charges—zero hidden markups. Furthermore, our proactive maintenance model means our dedicated field hosts often catch and fix minor issues before they require expensive professional repairs.
Yes, it is your asset! Unlike many large, corporate management companies that restrict your access or charge you to stay in your own home, our Full Management and Luxury plans feature zero personal-use restrictions. Simply said us your preferred dates to be blocked, and enjoy your home.
We make cash flow simple and transparent. At the beginning of every month, your earnings are deposited directly into your bank account. Simultaneously, you will receive a clean, easy-to-read financial statement in your Owner Portal detailing your gross revenue, platform taxes, and our management fee.
